It is your sole responsibility to ensure the compatibility of your equipment and its suitability for the Services. Provider does not provide any software, equipment or configuration settings. In order to use the service, you must accept with Terms of use to access the Internet. In order to protect your data, login codes are transmitted as encrypted files. We recommend that you use appropriate encryption (e.g. VPN, SSL) and security (e.g. antivirus and firewall) mechanisms for all transactions. You assume responsibility for all your activities related to this service. Appropriate legal action may be taken if violations of the established rules are suspected. Service availability, network performance or data transfer speeds are not guaranteed. Delays, outages or intermittent interference may occur. Any liability to you and/or third parties for damages caused by the use or non-use of all services provided is excluded entirely. The Provider may block or stop any service, any material or any information or terminate your access at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Privacy policy

Československá obchodní banka, a. s., with registered office at Radlická 333/150, Prague 150 00, as a personal data controller, will process, in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the personal data entered by me and the data about the device used (MAC address, operating system, browser, language settings, IP address, manufacturer and model of the device) for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, i.e. internet usage. The use of personal data is governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 and applicable laws, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy of Československá obchodní banka, a. s.

T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. maintains administrative, technical and physical means to ensure the protection of personal data, preventing its loss and misuse in accordance with GDPR. Only employees of T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. and third parties who perform contractual commercial or marketing activities for Československá obchodní banka, a.s., as well as personal data processors with whom a processing contract has been duly signed, will have access to personal data. All persons involved will be bound to protect the personal data and the rights associated with it.
